The plain-language agreement between you and our small shop.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 50wellnessgoodies.store and any purchase you make from 50 Wellness Brands LLC (“50 Wellness Goods Co.,” “we,” “us”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by email, but we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Payment is collected at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processor, and you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping and risk of loss

We ship within the United States only. Shipping is a flat $6.95 and is free on orders over $75. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short, we accept unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery; contact support@50wellnessgoodies.store to begin.

Product use

Our products are general cosmetic and home-fragrance goods intended for external or household use only. They are not meant to be eaten. Please follow the directions and cautions on each label. You are responsible for using our products safely and as intended.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including our name, logos, product names, images, and written copy — belongs to 50 Wellness Brands LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 50 Wellness Brands LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
