Shipping & Returns
Simple, flat, and honest — here is exactly how it works.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to reach further one day, but for now every order stays stateside so we can keep delivery reliable and our packaging sensible.
Rates
- Flat rate: $6.95 on any order.
- Free shipping on orders over $75.
Timing
Orders ship from a single US facility and typically arrive within 2–5 business days once dispatched. We pack most orders within a day or two of receiving them. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Business days do not include weekends or holidays, and severe weather can occasionally add a day.
Returns
If something is not right, we want to make it right. We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
- Email support@50wellnessgoodies.store to start a return and we will send instructions.
- Please keep items in their original, sealed packaging.
- For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept opened or used bath, body, or skincare goods unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or wrong items
Now and then a parcel has a hard journey. If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong thing, contact us within a few days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will replace it or refund you — no fuss.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the return. It can take a few business days for your bank to post it.
