We started with one simple idea: the ordinary moments deserve better things.

A small table, a few good ingredients

50 Wellness Goods Co. began the way most stubborn little companies do — on a kitchen table, late in the evening, with more curiosity than sense. We wanted candles that smelled like a real place instead of a fragrance counter, and body oils that felt like something you would actually reach for on a slow morning. When we could not find them, we learned to make them ourselves.

Everything we sell is still made in small batches. Small enough that a single person pours, checks, and labels each run — and small enough that if a batch is not right, it never leaves the workshop.

Poured by hand, honestly

We believe the label should read like the truth. Our fragrances are built to be warm and legible rather than loud, our waxes are chosen for a clean, even burn, and our body goods are blended to feel good on skin without a lot of theater. We are a personal-care and home-fragrance company, plain and simple — nothing here is meant to be eaten, and we make no promises beyond a lovely object that does what it says.

Refillable by design

A candle vessel is too handsome to throw away, so we design ours to keep. When the wax is gone, the glass becomes a tumbler, a brush pot, a home for paperclips. Where we can, we build our packaging to be refilled or recycled, and we would rather sell you one thing you keep than five you forget.

We are not trying to reinvent your life. We are trying to make the small parts of it — the first quiet hour, the bath at the end of a long week, the lamp you light when the house finally goes still — feel a little more considered. If a candle helps you close the laptop ten minutes earlier, we have done our job.
